We started 2024 with an announcement that Mentorloop was named in G2’s 2024’s Best Software Awards for the first time, placing 6th on the list of Best Software Companies in ANZ, and 40th in the APAC region. Today, we are thrilled to announce that Mentorloop is ending 2024 as G2’s number 1 mentoring platform!

As we wrap up 2024, one thing is clear: even in the face of challenges, connection has never been more important—or more in demand.
This year, we’ve seen people turn to mentoring as a powerful way to navigate uncertainty, rediscover purpose, and grow both personally and professionally. In workplaces and communities navigating disconnection, mentoring has sparked collaboration and belonging. In times of change, it’s offered clarity and confidence.

Our Year in Review
As we end the year, it’s always nice to look back at the impact we made on the lives of our customers and their people, as well as some fun and interesting themes throughout the year.
We’re incredibly proud and humbled to be the platform of choice for delivering opportunities for life-changing connections to so many people.
What We Worked On
We have always been committed to helping organizations foster connection, purpose, and growth through mentoring. And this year, we focused on innovating in the areas that help our customers make mentoring programs easier to manage, scale, and succeed—all with the goal of helping them address these pressing challenges we are all facing. So in the last 12 months, we focused our efforts on three key priorities:
- Scalability: Empowering mentoring program coordinators to extend their reach and impact.
- Building Momentum: Creating tools to keep mentors and mentees engaged in their journeys.
- Mentoring Confidence for All: Ensuring program coordinators, mentors, and mentees have the tools and resources needed to thrive.
Making Mentoring Programs More Scalable
Mentorloop is all about enabling growth, and in 2024, we introduced several features to help program coordinators scale their mentoring efforts:
- Multi-Program Coordinator Access: Organizations with large or multi-location programs can now involve multiple coordinators, streamlining management and ensuring programs run smoothly.
- Expanded Language Options: As programs grow globally, we’ve added Mandarin, Spanish, and French to our platform, alongside English—with more languages on the way!
- Improved Bulk Invites: We simplified participant onboarding by enhancing the bulk invite feature, allowing program coordinators to pre-fill more fields for a faster and smoother signup process.
Building and Maintaining Mentoring Momentum
In 2024, we launched tools designed to inspire growth and progress for both mentors and mentees:
- The Mentorloop Mobile App: Our mobile app ensures mentoring is accessible anytime, anywhere. Mentors and mentees can manage activities, communicate, and track progress effortlessly from their smartphones.
- The Loop Redesign: We refreshed the Mentorloop interface, making it even easier for participants to navigate their mentoring activities and progress through their journey with clarity and ease.
- Group Loop Enhancements: Group mentoring has never been easier. Participants can now form networks, engage in peer learning, and create their very own Personal Advisory Boards.
- Mentor and Mentee Notes: One of our most requested features, Notes, allows participants to set agendas, record reflections, and share insights with their mentoring partners. This fosters a deeper, more tangible mentoring experience.
Empowering Program Coordinators, Mentors, and Mentees
We know that confidence is the foundation of a successful mentoring program. This year, we strengthened our training resources to empower everyone involved:
- Coordinator Training: All coordinators on Mentorloop now have access to a dedicated training course and monthly bite-sized sessions. These are backed by our years of experience helping people heroes run successful mentoring programs all over the world. The course, along with the resources included in it, ensures that program leaders are well-equipped to design, launch, and manage impactful programs.
- Participant Training: Mentors and mentees now benefit from expert-led guidance through a comprehensive training course, complete with video guides and downloadable resources, helping them start strong and stay engaged.
Continuing to Excel
While 2024 brought many exciting developments, we remained focused on what our customers value most:
- Exceptional Customer Support: Our customer success team continued to provide world-class support, earning stellar reviews for their responsiveness and dedication.
- Commitment to Community and Accessibility: Through our Community Support Program, we expanded mentoring access for nonprofits and community organizations. Over $500,000 was kept within the nonprofit sector this year thanks to this initiative.
