We believe the right connections can change your life — and that those connections should be available to everyone. At Mentorloop, accessibility is a core value. We’re committed to making sure that all users of our platform have an equitable experience, regardless of ability, assistive technology, or how they prefer to engage.
This accessibility statement explains how our digital service meets relevant accessibility standards, and helps you understand how it will work for you.
The European Accessibility Act (EAA) was introduced by the European Commission to create a consistent approach to digital accessibility across EU member states. Mentorloop’s services and platform are accessible to people in the EU, so we’ve brought them into scope and are working to meet the requirements. This statement forms part of that commitment.
This accessibility statement applies to the Mentorloop platforms, hosted at https://app.mentorloop.com/, https://app.mentorloop.co.uk and https://app.mentorloop.us/. They’re used primarily as a cloud-based mentoring platform where users access, manage, and participate in structured mentoring programmes.
The Mentorloop Product Team is responsible for the digital accessibility of this platform, and our product is developed entirely in-house.
We’ve worked hard to make the content on our platform as clear and simple as possible. But if anything is difficult to access or understand, please get in touch with us. We’re here to help.
If you’d like to access any content in an alternative format, just let us know. You can reach us using the details in the Feedback and contact information section of this statement.
For tips on making your device easier to use if you have a disability, visit the AbilityNet ‘My Computer My Way’ website (external link).
We’re transparent about where we are on our accessibility journey. We know some parts of our platform aren’t yet fully accessible, and we’ve listed those known issues in the non-accessible content section below.
We want as many people as possible to be able to use Mentorloop. Right now, you should be able to:
Mentorloop is committed to making its platforms, websites, and digital services accessible. This service is designed to comply with the EN 301 549 v.3.2.1 technical standards required by the European Accessibility Act (2025). These standards closely follow level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2.
This website has been tested against the WCAG 2.2 AA standard.
This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 AA, due to the non-compliances and exemptions listed below. We are actively working to address these. |
The content listed below is not yet fully accessible. We’re aware of these issues and are actively working to resolve them. The WCAG criterion reference is noted in brackets after each item.
If you need help accessing any specific content in the meantime, please contact us. If you spot an issue we haven’t yet identified, we’d love to hear about it.
At this time, we have not made any disproportionate burden claims.
At this time, we have not made any fundamental alteration exemption claims.
Some content is out of scope for the European Accessibility Act. Here’s what that means for our service:
Content published before 28 June 2025 is not subject to the EAA until 28 June 2030. We’re actively working to replace non-compliant content from that period, and any content created or published after 28 June 2025 is checked against the relevant accessibility standards. If you need something in an alternative format in the meantime, please contact us.
Some of our content isn’t specifically targeted at or used by customers in the EU, and so falls outside the scope of the EAA. This includes some marketing materials, learning content, and process or policy documents.
Our services contain some third-party content — such as links to external services, content hosted on other websites, or documents uploaded by users. We don’t control this content and can’t guarantee its accessibility. However, if you encounter an issue with third-party content, please let us know and we’ll do our best to help. We work with our third-party providers to encourage better accessibility practices wherever we can.
Some pre-recorded video content published before 28 June 2025 is also exempt until 28 June 2030. All new video content we produce will include appropriate captions, audio descriptions, and transcripts.
Some content on this service is classified as an archive. This historically recorded content is exempt from accessibility regulations. If you need access to a specific piece of archive content that isn’t accessible, please contact us, and we’ll provide an accessible version on request.
Improving accessibility is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time project. We actively monitor and address known accessibility issues, and we stay close to developments in accessibility standards and assistive technology. We work with internal and external stakeholders to share best practices and ensure we’re continuously improving.
We’re committed to ensuring that all new content published on our service meets the required accessibility standards from the moment it’s published.
If you’re experiencing an issue accessing our service, please reach out to us directly first using the contact details in the Feedback and contact information section below. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
Oversight and enforcement of the European Accessibility Act is carried out by member state regulators. If you’re accessing our service in the EU and have concerns about how we comply with the EAA — or if you’re not satisfied with how we’ve handled your complaint — you can contact the accessibility regulator or equality body in your country.
The Mentorloop Product Team is responsible for this accessibility statement and for ensuring this service is as accessible as possible.
