B Corp

Mentorloop is proud to be the first mentoring software provider in the world to be a Certified B Corporation

Hear From Our Founders

Mentorloop has always been driven by values and the belief that business can be used as a tool for positive change. Our B Corp certification is one of the ways we reaffirm that and make sure we hold ourselves accountable.

Co-Founders Lucy Lloyd and Heidi Holmes share more about why they chose to build Mentorloop as a B Corp pretty much from day one. They also talk about what being B Corp Certified means for Mentorloop’s future and for our clients and end-users.

🌏 What is B Corp?

B Corp Certification is a designation that a business is meeting high standards of verified performance, accountability, and transparency.

B Corps are for-profit companies certified by the non-profit B Lab to meet rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency.

Hear From Our Team

Being a B Corp is not only something that affects how we do business. It also underpins how we work on our mission to make mentoring more accessible to more people, as well as our values.

That all sounds lovely, but we know what you might be thinking:

What if we’re just saying that?

Well, luckily you don’t have to take our word for it. 😉  Some of our wonderful team members took some time to share what working for a B Corp means to them, so you can hear it straight from them!
