As Director of HR Consulting Australia, Michael works collaboratively with others shaping organisational culture, driving sustainable change, and implementing leading HR programs.
He holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources and certifications in behavioral and emotional intelligence analysis.
A member of the Victorian/Tasmanian Divisional Council of the Australian Institute of Training and Development, Michael is passionate about fostering inclusive workplaces, developing others, and fostering partnerships to elevate organisational capacity and capability.
