We’ve made it easier to create reports that actually tell the story of your program.
You can now filter your reports by time period and by participant attributes. That means you can now pull insights based on whether someone is a mentor or mentee, or even by department or location, or any other relevant participant information.
This added granularity ndoesn’t just help with your own reporting or making the right adjustments to your program. It also helps you get the right data to the right stakeholders. So whether you’re reporting to leadership, or celebrating wins with sponsors, you can always be confident that you’re able to pull the right data for the right audience.

Mentorloop now integrates with your internal platforms for a more seamless admin experience. You can now fully sync your user data and data integrity by referring to just a single source of truth. No more double entry issues. 🙌
Whether you’re working with HRIS like SuccessFactors and Workday or CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot, we’ve got you covered! You can check out the full list of supported integrations via the link below. And if you don’t see your platform listed, send us a message! Our API can likely integrate with it.
🌀 Loop management made even better
If you manage a lot of loops, this one’s for you.
You can now view Loop details and activity for both active and draft Loops in a clean, side-by-side layout. This making it easier to see who’s in what Loop and how they’re going.
We’ve also added new ways to browse Loops and filter by match type: Smart Match, Recommended Match, or Self Match.Â
đź’¬ Your messages made more beautiful
The bulk message tool is one of the most-used features on Mentorloop. So, we gave it an upgrade!
We’ve enhanced this feature to make it easier to format your messages so they look ✨just right✨.Â
So whether you’re sending extra resources, event invites, just checking in, your comms will now look exactly the way you want them to.

We’re putting the finishing touches on something we’re really excited about: Mentorloop Surveys! 🎉
Soon, you’ll be able to:

- Collect feedback at any stage of your program
- Turn results into clean, visual reports full of actionable insights
Whether you want to check in mid-program or simple generate a satisfaction survey, this tool will help you do it all without ever leaving the platform.
