We’ve been busy bees at Mentorloop HQ and we’ve got lots of new stuff to show you this month!

So here’s Mentorloop Co-Founder & CEO Lucy Lloyd to run you through all the exciting new stuff.

The New Participant Dashboard

We’ve launched a complete redesign of the Mentorloop Participant Dashboard!

In reimagining this dashboard, we wanted to ensure that mentors and mentees always have the answer to these three key questions:

  1. Where am I in my mentoring journey?
  2. What’s expected of me?
  3. What’s going to happen next?

Your Loops, Now Front and Center ๐ŸŒŸ

The new participant dashboard now features the Loop, your mentoring match, as the hero of your participants’ experience. From here, mentors and mentees can communicate with their mentoring match, see what’s coming next, and receive guidance on the next steps to take in their journey.

The new dashboard also puts more emphasis on keeping track of your participants’ mentoring milestones and asking for feedback from your mentors and mentees. This way, both program coordinators and participants alike know how far they’ve progressed and how satisfied they are with their mentoring relationship – all in real-time.

Better Guidance for Better Mentoring Momentum ๐ŸŽฏ

The new dashboard also includes a section for goals, both private and shared, and a section for mentoring resources, recommended reading, and more support.

Bringing Your Mentoring Community Together ๐Ÿงก

And because mentoring is an inherently social activity, we’ve added some social elements.

The new Highlights feature allows mentors and mentees to share their mentoring activities, without sharing any confidential data, of course. They can now share their wins with their peers internally within Mentorloop or externally via LinkedIn.

This reinforces to your mentors and mentees that they’re part of something bigger – a mentoring community.

Program Admin Just Keeps Getting Easier

We’ve made some improvements to the program coordinators’ experience as well. In this round of updates, we focused on improvements that help program coordinators scale their programs with ease.

Bulk Invite ๐Ÿ“ฉ

We’ve now made it easier than ever to invite hundreds of mentors and mentees to your program. Program coordinators can now input a list or upload a CSV file of mentors and mentees, craft an invite message, and invite hundreds of participants in seconds.

Coming Soon: Multi-PCs ๐Ÿ‘ฅ

Soon, all program coordinators will have the ability to add multiple program coordinators to their programs. We’ve always had multiple admins but kept the main program coordinator role to one. However, seeing how much our programs have grown, we recognize that it’s not always a one-person job. So, we’re launching Multi-PC in September!

Soon: The Mentorloop Mobile App ๐Ÿ“ฑ

We teased the Mentorloop app in our last update and we’re excited to announce that we’re now putting the finishing touches on the Mentorloop mobile app which will be available on the Apple Store and Google Play Store on launch!

This will allow mentors and mentees to access Mentorloop from their most used devices, and stay connected and engaged wherever they are. On the other hand, this also gives program coordinators better usage and engagement data, as well as a better pulse on their programs.

So that’s it for this round of updates! We’ll be back when we launch the Mentorloop app! ๐Ÿ‘‹
