Alana Bennett is a passionate Human Experience Coach who prioritises understanding WHO people are before WHAT they do. With over 20 years in human resources across talent acquisition, management, employee experience, and employer branding, I've led award-winning transformations based on the principle that success comes from aligning individuals, leaders, and organisations. My expertise lies in simplifying complex people functions and implementing targeted initiatives at the right stage of organisational growth. I deliver this through Fractional Chief People Officer roles, coaching, strategic development, leadership programs, masterclasses, experience design, and keynote speaking.
Christian is a transformational guide and Chief Disruptor at Thrive Nation. Christian designed and orchestrated Australia's first successful Fifth Day program (a 4-day work week initiative) at a top ASX-listed company. He is now on a mission: 100,000 Australians reclaiming their Fifth Day by 2027. That's 4 million days transformed from workplace routine into life-changing moments. Beyond Fifth Day, Christian partners with organizations to pioneer new ways of working, cultivating leadership through transformative change programs and developing the capabilities needed for the future of work.

As the Founder of Mission and Rhythm, he drives exceptional outcomes by aligning people strategies with business goals. Deepak’s work is transformational. He thrives on partnering with leaders to turn data into action and build workplaces that truly matter.
James O'Reilly is the founder of Buddy Advisory, a People & Talent consultancy dedicated to supporting startups and emerging businesses to thrive. James leverages his extensive experience in Talent Acquisition and HR/People Operations to help founders and entrepreneurs navigate the challenges of growth and build thriving teams. Outside of work, James enjoys mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs and inspiring others to turn their ideas into impactful ventures.
Lainie Tayler, the founding Managing Director of HR Squad has over 28 years’ experience working in large global and local organisations specialising in leadership development, talent management and generalist human resources. Lainie has worked for some Australia’s most influential organisations including North Mining, adidas, GE, Country Road, Telstra and Asciano.  However, Lainie’s real passion is unlocking the potential in all leaders and has deep expertise in strategy, organisational capability and leadership development. HR Squad is 8 years old now and supports a diverse mix of private industry organisations across Australia and abroad in executive and group coaching.
Michael Werle is a senior human resources executive with25+ years of experience across diverse industries. As Director of HR Consulting Australia, Michael works collaboratively with others shaping organisational culture, driving sustainable change, and implementing leading HR programs. He holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources and certifications in behavioral and emotional intelligence analysis. A member of the Victorian/ Tasmanian Divisional Council of the Australian Institute of Training and Development, Michael is passionate about fostering inclusive workplaces, developing others, and fostering partnerships to elevate organisational capacity and capability.
Renée Giarrusso is an award-winning leadership, communication, and mindset expert, founder of RG Dynamics and Limitless Leadership, and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). With over 30 years of experience across 24 industries, she inspires leaders and teams to unlock their potential and create exceptional workplace cultures. Renée is the author of Gift Mindset, an internationally acclaimed book, and co-creator of the 2 Sides IN 2 Minutes Team Communication Game. As a speaker, podcast host, and columnist, she shares transformational insights that drive collaboration, performance, and growth.
