Following a successful pilot where feedback was gathered from mentoring participants, LEAD Network is expanding their mentoring offering more broadly to other members.

Dorottya Gill-Zalay runs a mentoring program at LEAD Network, a non-profit organisation with a focus on advancing gender equality across the European FMCG industry. 

The Mentorship Program is a 10-month developmental experience available to members of LEAD Network’s Partner organisations. 

The program is coordinated by a team of passionate volunteers of the LEAD Network, who themselves have busy jobs working for big names in the FMCG industry across Europe. As interest in the Mentorship Program grew, they did not feel that they had the control, visibility or scalability to offer mentoring to more of their members.

The LEAD Network volunteers were previously spending weeks matching mentees and mentors, priding themselves on a high-quality matching process to meet each participant’s individual needs.
