Need some inspiration or want some help preparing for your next meeting? Use our nifty AI tool to help you prepare an agenda!
It will take into account your skills, goals, and past meetings to create a Note. You know best what you need to discuss with your mentoring partner but this gives you a starting point that you can edit and then share for a productive mentoring meeting.
Populate Your Program in Minutes ✅
We’re always working on ways to make growing a mentoring program and engaging participants easier for program coordinators.
Last year we released features to invite participants in bulk. This year, we’ve made it even better by adding the ability to import participants’ names, emails, and other relevant data fields such as department or location to make the joining and signup process even more seamless for you and your participants.
Better Program Relaunches 🚀
As your mentoring culture matures, chances are you’ll periodically need to refresh and relaunch your program. To enable you to do this more seamlessly, we launched our new Rejoin feature.
This makes it easier than ever to allow people to come and go. You can now temporarily remove participants and prompt them to update their profiles before rejoining, allowing you and your participants to maintain mentoring history while ensuring an engaged cohort.
Making Mentoring More Accessible Globally 🌏
Mentorloop onboards hundreds of programs globally each year. With that comes the need to support new languages to make mentoring more accessible to mentors and mentees worldwide. We now offer French, Spanish, Mandarin, Lithuanian, and more! If you don’t see your local language listed on our website, please ask! Chances are it’s coming soon.
