The Loop has always been a place for mentoring partners to communicate, collaborate, provide feedback, and track progress. This makeover has made that experience even better.
The home of your mentoring relationships, reimagined
The makeover has made mentoring activities easier to review and complete, and shows participants exactly what’s coming up and guides them on what they should do next.
In the new Loop, mentoring journeys are made more visible – with Loop status, activities, and Milestones all front and center. This means mentors and mentees always know where they are, can feel good about what they’ve accomplished, and look forward to what’s next.
The biggest change in the Loop is that we’ve moved away from being chat-first. Instead, the Loop is now a workspace!
In the new Loop, it’s now easier to schedule meetings, create notes, set goals, and share them with mentoring partners. And with the status and progress for key mentoring activities being made more visible, it’s also easier than ever to know exactly what to do at any point in a mentoring journey.
However, that doesn’t mean we’ve forgotten about chat. In fact, we’ve enhanced it! The new Loop chat now has a clearer and better user interface, as well as the addition of a much-requested feature – emoji reactions! 🫶
This makeover makes all the key mentoring activities more easily accessible, easier to use, and more engaging – improving the experience of mentors and mentees while also enabling better reporting for program coordinators.
The new Loop was also designed to be mobile-first so it’s a breeze to use no matter what device you use Mentorloop on.
