HR Software Survey: Terms & Conditions

About the Promotion

  1. This Promotion is offered by Mentorloop Pty Ltd (ABN 32 612 069 119) and its affiliates (Mentorloop, we, us, our).
  2. As set out in these Terms & Conditions, this Promotion requires participation in and completion of the HR Software Survey (the Survey) to gain entry to the Promotion for a chance to win a AUD $1000 Luxury Escapes travel voucher (the Promotion)
  3. The Promotion will be conducted from 00:00am on 19 February 2024 to 5.00pm AEDT on 23 February 2024 (Promotion Period).

Who Can Enter

  1. The Promotion is open to existing Mentorloop customers and HR professionals during the Promotion Period (Eligible Participant).

How To Enter

  1. To enter, Eligible Participants need to complete the Survey in full to be eligible to participate in the Promotion. 
  2. Eligible Participants who complete the Survey in full are automatically granted entry to our Promotion. Only one entry applies per submission, completing the survey multiple times will not grant customers a greater chance of winning or additional entries. 
  3. Mentorloop will draw winners at random within 7 days of the end of the Promotion Period (the Winners). We may defer announcing Winners at our absolute discretion.

Reward

  1. There will be 1 Winner who will be awarded the voucher.
  2. The Winner will be notified by email once the draw is completed.
  3. Eligible Participants and Winners consent to Mentorloop disclosing, using and publishing personal information of the Winner, such as name and name of the organisation in the Customer Newsletter in relation to the Promotion.

Other Terms And Conditions That Apply

  1. Standard Mentorloop Platform Terms and Conditions may apply.
  2. This Promotion is managed in accordance with the Mentorloop Privacy Policy.

Liability

  1. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Mentorloop (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, for any loss or damage arising in connection with this Promotion, including any:

a) technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Mentorloop’s control);

b) theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;

c) entries that are late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after Mentorloop receives it) due to any reason beyond Mentorloop’s reasonable control;

d) variation in Reward value to that stated in these terms; or

e) tax liability incurred by an Eligible Participant.

General Terms

  1. The Reward is not transferable to any other products or cash.
  2. Separate terms and conditions will apply to the Eligible Participant’s use of the Reward. These terms will be set out by the Reward provider.
  3. The Reward is granted ‘as is’ and Mentorloop does not provide a warranty of the Reward’s merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  4. Mentorloop reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.
  5. Laws may apply to you or to Mentorloop as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
  6. Severability: If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
  7. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
