Terms and Conditions

Mentorloop Pty Ltd (“Mentorloop”) offers brand supporters (“Referrer” or “You”) the opportunity to participate in Mentorloop’s Referral Program (the “Referral Program”), subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

By participating in the Referral Program, You agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Mentorloop reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time and/or the methods by which rewards are earned.

• To make a valid referral, you must be a customer or user of Mentorloop.
• You may nominate any of your contacts who are involved in or would be responsible for running a Mentoring Program within their organisation.
  
• For your referral to be eligible, you will need to complete the form on the sign-up page: https://mentorloop.com/referral
• After you submit the form, Mentorloop will work with your contact to identify their needs and arrange a software demonstration for them if need be.
• Provided that the eligibility criteria outlined below have been fulfilled, when your contact has subscribed to a Mentorloop Enterprise yearly subscription, you will be entitled to either:
  • Receive $1000, or
  • Nominate a donation of $1000 by Mentorloop to the charity of your choice. 

Eligibility Criteria

• Your contact subscribes to a ‘Mentorloop Enterprise’ contract before March 30, 2024.
• The organisation for which your contact works must not:
  • be an existing customer of Mentorloop.
  • already be in commercial discussions with Mentorloop; or
  • have been a customer of Mentorloop at any time in the 2 year period prior to the subscription. 
• The organisation must not have already been referred under the Referral Program. There is only one reward for each organisation referred. If an organisation is referred by multiple Referrers, the first submitted to Mentorloop will determine which Referrer is eligible for the reward.
• In the event of any disputes regarding any referred organisation, Mentorloop’s decision is final.
• The Referral Program will end on March 30, 2024: any referrals that subscribe after this date will not be eligible for rewards. Should this date be extended, these terms and conditions will be updated accordingly with the selected date.
