Mentorloop Referral Program: Terms and Conditions
By participating in Mentorloop’s Referral Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the program.
1. Qualifying Referral.
A qualifying referral is defined as being a new sale (a ‘Referred Customer’) who is directly introduced to the Mentorloop platform by the participating Referrer.
2. Referred Customer.
The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). The Referred Customer has to be a new customer who has never purchased from Mentorloop before.
3. Successful Referral.
For a Referrer to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must sign a contract term of 12 months of Mentorloop software at Professional tier or above. A successful referral must be completed before 31 December 2019.
4. Referral Rewards.
The referee will be sent their reward within thirty days of the successful referral being completed.
5. Number of Referrals.
Referees may refer as many candidates as they choose if the referrals meet Mentorloop’s eligibility requirements.
6. Multiple Referrals.
If a referral is submitted multiple times from different referees, then the first referral will be eligible for the reward.
7. Changes to Referral Program.
This referral program may be terminated or changed at Mentorloop’s discretion at any time and without notice.
Respecting your privacy as well as the referee’s is a priority for us. By accepting our terms and conditions you represent that you have the authority to disclose the personal details of the referee. Without this authority, you acknowledge that you are ineligible to participate in Mentorloop’s Referral Program.
