How do I find the mentee/mentor that is right for me?
Whether you are a mentor or mentee, the first thing to do once we have registered you into the program is to make sure that your profile is complete. It is important to make sure you are clear about the skills, experience and goals you want to develop, as a mentee, or that you can offer as a mentor through the mentoring partnership.
Having a detailed profile will really help when it comes to finding the right mentee or mentor for you.
You can also use information in the resources hub or contact
email@example.com if you need more help with finding the right mentee/mentor.
How much time will I need to commit to my mentoring partnership?
You can discuss with your mentoring partner how often you’d like to catch up; however, we recommend a quick coffee catch up / meeting at least once every 4 to 6 weeks to get the full benefits of mentorship.
How long the mentoring partnership continues for is also something to discuss with your mentoring partner. It will also depend on the type of goals you set. Generally, we would recommend a minimum commitment of 6 months.
