Your program coordinator, Gregory Cramer, will email you an invite to the program.
You can begin communicating with your mentor or mentee!
How does matching work?
Matching is completed by each employee, via Mentorloop’s My Match tool. The My Match tool is simple to use and should require no training.
Who is eligible to participate in the mentoring program?
All employees are eligible and encouraged to participate in the CHA Mentoring Program. New employees are eligible to participate in the program after three months of employment at CHA.
What is Mentorloop and how will it help me?
- Mentorloop is a platform that allows employees to connect with one another in a mentoring relationship; provides mentor/mentees a place to communicate, set and track mentoring goals, manage and schedule mentoring meetings and learn more about mentoring via an on-line mentoring Resources Hub.
- Mentorloop’s My Match tool will allow you to learn about your colleagues and identify individuals who have the experience and skill to support you in your own development.
What if a person I would like to be my mentor/mentee is not on the platform?
Feel free to ask your Program Coordinator, Gregory Cramer, to reach out to them or you can simply share this link with your contact to register their interest.
What are the time requirements?
You can discuss with your mentoring partner how often you’d like to catch up; however, we recommend a quick coffee catch up / meeting at least once every 4 to 6 weeks to get the full benefits of mentorship.
